Sam Duguay is a trained artist and self-taught oil painter. She specializes in portraits and the figure in a realistic style, with a romantic or emotional feel to her pieces, often incorporating floral accents.
Samantha has been practicing art as long as she can remember--a self-proclaimed artist at 5 years old. Having developed a keen eye for detail at a young age, pursuing a post-secondary education in art after high school was an obvious path. Sam graduated from NBCCD (Fredericton, NB) in 2004 with a Diploma in Visual Arts and Graphic Design.
She continues to practice many forms of art, although oil painting has become her main focus since 2017.

Sam currently resides in Airdrie, Alberta with her spouse, Victor, and her furry assistant, a Toy Aussie named Vada!
